We ordered their pescado Zarandeado. Best I've ever had. Price was good as well! Service was also great. Would definitely recommend.

One of my Favs while in Vegas. Love the shrimp empanadas (delicious) I can eat those all day every day, a must with the green spicy salsa. Micheladas with modelo negra are just and always some good musicians playing the jamms that help with the drinking mode. Definitely recommend this spot !

Was a little intimidating being a English speaking woman surrounded by people speaking another language but the staff new English and we got sat quickly and the service was amazing. It might of been just the holiday or going there on a special day or something, but they had a live band playing... The music was so loud I could not hear my partner talking that was sitting next to me. I had to keep texting her since I could not understand a word she was saying over the music. That would be my only complaint. We had a few seconds to talk in between songs, but that was it. The food was AMAZING, and the portions were large. It made not being able to talk to my partner worth it, lol. Once the food was there, I was not interested in conversation. I just wanted to eat and eat and eat, lol. I will definitely be back as many times as possible to try all of their dishes!

My mother Lolo used to work at Las Islitas. It is my favorite restaurant. After we hit the lottery and won the $470 million dollar jackpot, we still continued to come to Islitas. The tortas still bring me back to my childhood as a mixed martial artist, forced to fight under the bright lights of the Tijuana illegal fighting arenas. Mom would work and bring home leftovers that were SOOOOO good. Much better than the mole the old ladies next to the river used to feed us. Occasionally, we would go in and eat the chips and buy posole or the large camarones. The salsa is excellent. One waitress, I think her name was Belinda - she was so nice and she was so fast at getting us water, chips, and whatever we needed. She always called me El Chavvo. Eventually, I returned to the undergound fighting scene, and received a large settlement when an unlicensed promoter had me fight Pablo "Little Ricky" Sanchez hit me so hard that it caused me to go blind in my left eye. I still dawn the shades and head to Las Islitas after Misa to get my favorite Camarones and posole. I definitely recommend this place. Ask for Belinda!

The only bad thing I'll say and it's really not a bad thing is that, to me "vuelve a la Vida" has to have concha negra not oyster. But coming from LA that's all i knew. In town on a mini gate away and decided to eat/support local and not the casinos. Was referred by a friend and let me tell you...making it a note to come back every time I'm in town. Good food (all of it) Good service (the ladies as extremely friendly) Good entertainment (live Banda or group) What else you need.
